Primary 1 - Mrs Thomson

Have a look at what we got up to in our second week in P1.  In our second week we learned the sounds - 'a', 'n', and 'p'. Our common words were 'a', 'to' and 'in'. We had lots of fun and continued to develop loads of skills and learn through our play. We use playdough and loose parts to help us form our letters and for fine motor skills. We also sorted objects by shape , size and colour.

We love a Wednesday afternoon when we get to go into the forest with Carol (Miss Guthrie). We have been den building, colour matching, digging, bug hunting and lots more. Here are some pictures from over the last few weeks.
