Taking our learning outside.
We wrote our names.
We wrote common words.
We drew round each other.
We drew pictures.
We experimented with the different colours of the chalk.
Most importantly we had lots of fun.
Gruffalo Crumble
As you may know before the school closed we had been doing a lot of work on 'The Gruffalo' by Julia Donaldson. One of our activites was to write a recipe for Gruffalo Crumble. We had to write out the ingredients needed and the utensils we would use. Lastly we had to write clear instructions on how to make it. Once we had our recipes, the real work began.....making our own Gruffalo Crumble Cakes! We had lots of fun making them but perhaps more fun eating them!
